Tim Kemp

MA, MBA, Chartered Fellow CIPD

He has been a trainer, author and facilitator for over thirty five years, working in the UK and internationally. He has developed blended leadership and management programmes for organisations as diverse as the UNICEF, University of Bristol, PWC Academies in Central and Eastern Europe, the Royal Navy, GlaxoSmithKline, Save the Children and Microsoft.

 

He has worked with cross-cultural teams in Europe, EMEA, the Far East and Africa for UNICEF and is Programme Director for their global Management Masterclass. He was invited by the Council for Europe to analyse current learning and development initiatives available to staff and to recommend improvements, including implementing a 360 degree feedback project for HR Professionals. He has
also delivered Trainer Training workshops for CoE and European Court of Human Rights staff.

 

He is privileged to work alongside internationally recognised designers and facilitators from Korn Ferry, delivering Leadership and D & I programmes to diverse and highly skilled teams of professionals. Projects have included working with The Economist, Deloitte, Salesforce, Allianz Global Investors, TripAdvior, ThermoFischer, Fidelity, Dell, Boeing, Salesforce and A.T. Kearney.

 

With Leading Women, Tim worked on their Gender Dynamics and Inclusion programmes for a wide range of clients in Europe and the US, and led on the development of their Inclusive Leadership Behaviour Assessment. He has pioneered work on Reverse Mentoring, as a way of confronting some of the mindsets that prevent talent from being recognised.  For Nokia, was part of the LW team that
trained over 50 Gender Dynamics trainers worldwide.

 

In 2019 Tim was invited to become the Co-Chair of Leading Now’s US-based think tank, The Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. His work on the development of Leading Now’s (the successor to Leading Women) Cultural Development Assessment and its Inclusive Leadership Assessment have become LN’s flagship assessment tools.


In 2021, Tim was invited to become a Fellow of the Society of Leadership Fellows at St Georges College, Windsor Castle, and is a visiting Professor at Rome Business School.
 

Tim is based in Shropshire where he is developing a food forest with his family.
